A Blessed Path
Much more than a company dedicated to medical transportation, ReliaRide started a tradition of community involvement and actively helping people from our very first day in 2007. We specialize in providing non-emergent transportation services to the elderly, underprivileged, and disabled population to medical, non-medical, and other necessary appointments. Our goals have always been to touch the lives of as many people as possible in the community.

The 2025 Business Expo
We had an amazing time at the 2025 Business Expo, presented by the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with local businesses, share our mission, and explore exciting new partnerships. We loved meeting everyone and kicking off our first event of the season with such great enthusiasm!
A Night for Gigi’s
We were honored to sponsor GiGi’s Playhouse’s annual fundraising gala—an unforgettable evening filled with incredible entertainment from the Cleveland Keys, memorable moments, and delicious food. It was a joy to support such a meaningful cause and be recognized as one of GiGi’s valued partners. If you haven’t yet discovered the amazing work they do for individuals with Down Syndrome, we highly encourage you to check them out!
Blessing Balloons Project | Lift Up Balloons and Designs
ReliaRide was honored to be a community partner for the first annual Blessing Balloons Project. This heartwarming initiative delivered 1,200 cheerful balloon stacks and hand-colored Valentine’s cards to seniors, spreading joy and love throughout the community. We were proud to collaborate with Perry Christian, Innis Maggiore, and R+R Coffee to make this special project a reality!
Spreading Holiday Cheer with St. Nicholas Returns
Since 1993, St. Nicholas Returns has been dedicated to bringing joy to families in need, extending kindness through anonymous aid and random acts of generosity across Northeast Ohio. As proud sponsors, we support their mission to ensure that compassion reaches those who need it most—not just during the holidays, but all year long.
GiGi’s Playhouse Donation
As we rounded out 2024, we had the privilege of collaborating with GiGi’s Playhouse to enhance and support accessibility within their community. Through this collaboration, we curated a thoughtful donation that included Apple iPads, an Apple TV, and App Store gift cards to support the purchase of communication apps. These tools empower non-verbal individuals to express themselves more independently and spontaneously. We are honored to support GiGi’s Playhouse in their mission to foster learning, confidence, and inclusion!
Recreation Unlimited
For children with physical and developmental disabilities, summer camp is more than just a getaway—it’s a place to grow, connect, and experience independence in a supportive environment. Our donation made it possible for one child to attend Recreation Unlimited, where they engaged in adaptive activities, discovered new passions, and built lifelong friendships. We are grateful to play a small part in bringing the magic of camp to life!
Sydney Wickham Memorial Outing
ReliaRide (formerly Scenic View Transportation) sponsored the golf outing held during Labor Day weekend. The Sydney Wickham Memorial scramble had a huge turnout, with 30 teams coming together to provide assistance to many families struggling to obtain assistive devices. We were honored to be able to sponsor this event and participate, which fits in line with our vision and mission. Bringing a smile to someone’s face one gift at a time makes life so fulfilling. We are honored to help bridge the gap for families that need additional support acquiring assistive devices!
Best of the Best
For the third year in a row, ReliaRide (formerly Scenic View Transportation), received a People's Choice award in multiple categories. At the 2024 Stark County Community’s Choice Awards, ReliaRide was named the Best of the Best in the categories of Non-Profit/Charity Organization and Top Employer for organizations with 1-100 employees. Connor Orban, ReliaRide president, was also named Best Boss. These achievements would not have been possible without the public's support, so we thank YOU, our wonderful clients and the fantastic ReliaRide team!
YMCA Senior Health Fair Tour
ReliaRide (formerly Scenic View Transportation (SVT)) sponsored a five-branch tour sponsorship for the YMCAs in Stark County, and SVT participated in the following senior health fair events:
- North Canton YMCA Senior Health Fair - May 29
- Louisville YMCA Senior Health Fair - July 25
- Schalmo Family YMCA Senior Health Fair - September 11
- Lake Community Senior Health Fair - October 11
Our primary goal is to increase awareness of medical transportation providers and benefits among seniors. Many are not aware of the non emergency medical transportation benefits that can be covered under their insurance, and our participation in these events is educating the community about these services.
